Golden Knights Plaza at the University of Central Florida – Orlando, Florida
UPI’s team is responsible for the management of the $300 million first phase of Golden Knights Plaza currently under construction at the University of Central Florida in Orlando, Florida. The Golden Knights Plaza project consists of 2,000 student apartments housed in fourseparate Towers, 100,000+ square feet of commercial space available for leasing, and a 10,000 seat Convocation Center. The synergistic design of the plaza and its mixed use appeals to students, faculty an surrounding residents, making it more of a community destination rather than just a college campus.
